After a day of enjoying nature's beauty, there's nothing like relaxing in your own private lakefront chalet. All bedding and linens are supplied, including housecoats, but bring only your own beach towels, personal needs and food. At Highland Cream Resort your vacation package also includes use of a 12-foot aluminum boat with 4.5 HP motor, a 17-foot canoe, a paddleboat, kayak and windsurfer, as well as a horse shoe pitch and volley ball net. For weekly stays, access to a washer and dryer can be arranged.

#1 - Chalet - Our original chalet is a three-bedroom, two bathroom, two-story, 1440 square foot building with a completely equipped kitchen, and is wheelchair accessible. In the family room is a TV/VCR/DVD and CD player. Out front, overlooking the lake, is a large deck with patio table and chairs, reclining lounge chairs and your own private hot tub. The chalet was designed so you can enjoy the views, the setting and the tranquility as you soak in the hot tub amongst tall trees or curl up by the fire in complete comfort.

#2 - Chalet At nearly 2,000 square feet this 4 bedroom chalet has wide wheelchair friendly doorways. The chalet features 3 bedrooms upstairs with queen size beds as well and day beds, and is fully furnished and equipped. You'll find 2 TV's, along with a DVD/VCR and CD player. It's family friendly as well with a mud room, kids play area and family room. Relax at the end of the day in the Hot Tub … and on the spacious 2 sided deck overlooking the lake and property.

#3 - Rental 'Mod' Home Here is a great vacation unit for large groups - family or friends. At 1,350 square feet it's the perfect size, and Mountain Bikers will love the large basement you can pull your bikes right into. There's 3 bedrooms upstairs with an en-suite in the Master Bedroom - full kitchen - electric fireplace upstairs and a wood burning stove downstairs. At the end of the day relax on the large deck overlooking the lake and property. For your comfort and convenience this rental 'Mod' home has a hot tub and a barbeque … there is also a TV with a DVD/VCR and a CD player as well as a telephone top help you stay in touch

Highland Cream Resort is a dog friendly establishment -- all units are non-smoking - and our units are wheelchair friendly. We are also pleased to have catered dinners available for guests of the resort. If you are out for the day its great to come back and enjoy a superb meal hot and ready when you get back … including appies and drinks. Just ask for details on a package they can put together for you.
